The second supercar developed in-house by the tuning gurus at Mercedes-AMG, the AMG GT comes in a variety of forms ranging from grand-touring superstar to utter track fiend. The new Mercedes-AMG GT R Pro lands firmly in the latter category. Although the GT R Pro uses the same twin-turbo V8 engine as the AMG GT R, it achieves higher levels of performance through less obvious means. The new front fascia showcases all sorts of aerodynamic trickery and a new rear wing promises increased downforce. A new adjustable coil-over suspension system and adjustable torsion bars at both ends of the car allow the driver to create the perfect setup for all manner of track conditions. And the new carbon-fiber roof provides enough headroom for helmet-clad drivers.
